Forgot Payments And Now FFXI Won't Let Me Pay... H

Ok here the story so far:
I had to take a break due to RL matters from late-july to mid-august. During that time I would have to pay the bill for August, however I missed that date.
When I checked back a week ago to pay my late fees I got:



That message has not changed since the start of august and I don't know what to do!
It sais I have to "reactivate content ID" but when I try this message pops up.

Anyone who experienced this, or anyone in general, what should I do? Any hopes to reactivate account this month or not?

Need to wait until like the 8-12th usualy, thats when the payments are done. German system sucks. =/

well I was expecting it to be late, aber "verdammte scheiß* wieso dauert es so lange".
Just a bit worried since I know people who had to wait a month untill they could reactivate ID's.

PS: its the 12th already lol <.<

My brother had the same problem.

ARGH FFXI support sucks badly.

It is the 13th of the month and PAYMENTS ARE STILL PROCESSING!! How long does this take on average? All i found was that servers for registration go down on the 1st & 2nd august. Now is the 13th :(

Tried to look at play-online faq and it is a joke !

Anyone know when this "payments are currently processing" process will be over?

I'm not exactly sure but when that happens to me (forgetting to pay for a month) I usually have to re-update my payment info in order for pol to actually accept the card again and process the payment. If you've already done it than I'm out of ideas XD (I'm not sure how different the EU pol viewer is from the NA one) best bet would probably be to call the support line if that doesn't work :/

Pretty sure he doesn't use the card system. Just wait a few days, earliest time I could reactivate my ID was on the 8th, latest on the 23rd lol
