My stupid dog decided that he'd like to gnaw on my *** security token last night, so now I can't read the damn thing to get a code and log in.
I've asked in LS on another char, and no one can agree on who I'm supposed to call about this, PoL or SE. Please help! I don't want to call one and wait 2 hours on hold just to get told I need to call the other.

Laugh at me if I'm wrong, But PoL is just a 'sub company' of SE, meaning there the same. I think though if your going to call one, I'd call SE

Have to have the password from it to unlink it. Can't just do it in the log-in area on the game because the token is still linked with the account.
There it is. The screen is completely black, so I can't read anything. And even if I could read it, it wouldn't matter because the button is stuck.

Awesome! I only had to wait 10 minutes, and the guy was actually prety nice. They unlinked my token for me after some questions, so now I don't have to use it anymore at all. TY Spicy for the number ^^
