POL Glitch Or Am I Missing Something?

Trying to get back on after 3 month break and when i try to pay my overdue fees, the payment verification link isnt activating my browser to open the link so my credit card info can be verified. I saw some new feature called 3-d secure or something. aka payer authentication verification where u have to go to your credit card companies website and register. I am using a debit card so i dont see why i am having this issue please help. Im dieng to get on. XD Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

IE sucks try using firefox or google chrome, hell safari will probably work too

unfortunately i dont my PS3 broke 3 months ago its why i took a break. it was almost 3 years old if u dont have a PC its like u set urself up for faliure these consoles dont last like they used to. ill try Fire fox maybe my IE just sucks

Try making sure your browser is set as the default. Somehow, and I honestly don't know how, but Windows will lose the default browser settings, so when pol triggers that, windows won't know what to open. If you can't get it to at all, then try a different browser. Oh and fyi, good luck anyway. Their ability to do the authentication bs sucks. Ever since they did it, if I need to change card info for w/e reason, I do it on the PS3. It NEVER works on my pc with that thing even though everything is right. It just won't verify it properly in playonline for me at all and I know quite a few others with the same problem.
