Anyone Else Getting REALLY Bad FFXI Lag?

It took me nearly 10 minutes just to navigate my way from logging in to choosing a character... Which took two minutes. Now that I'm logged in, I'm wondering if it was even worth bothering. I'm getting constant R0 about ten seconds apart, none of my searches are working, etc.

My internet speed is fine. Infact, it's faster than it has been for a long time. It seems it's quite literally, just Play Online that is going very slowly.

Is anyone else having problems like this at the moment?

Noticed some regular freeze frames lasting upwards of 10 secs, nothing about failed searches/connections though.
