Is it that changes the bazaar icon above your head and gives the game a smoother appearance overall?

I'm sure this is probably a repost, but it's late.

Not exactly a program, but what it sounds like you're wanting is to change the user interface icons, which are available to change here.

Not exactly. I haven't played for a while, what I'm talking about is akin to this.

Notice how the bazaar icon is different and everything looks a tad more defined? I reactivated my ID's earlier, updated, played a bit, but the game looks like ***and I can't remember which program it was that did this to see if I needed to download the latest version or whatnot.
