does synergy level have anything to do with HQ, so my syn. is level 20 try to do level 60 cap syth. can i HQ it just as easy as being level 60 synergy? so only thing that matters is my accual craft skills right?

Synergy is a lot of luck. It would be near impossible to HQ from that far away simply cause of the explosion rates you are gonna have.

But theoretically, yes you can HQ at any level.
