Error Code: POL-12321

I picked up a New 360 today one of the new ones, the sleek version or whatever. I transfered the harddrive over and now I go log in get logged in and it go to check the version and I get this message everytime.

Anyone have this problem?

Occurs when pressing the "Play" button on the FINAL FANTASY XI top page.

[Solution]
1. Please choose and run the "Uninstall Software" from the PlayOnline Viewer's disc menu.
2. After the uninstall is complete, please re-run FINAL FANTASY XI.
3. Since when FINAL FANTASY XI is restarted, the PlayOnline Viewer will be installed, please follow the instructions for installation."

i dont remember exactly how to do it, but you have to transfer the rights to use the content on your hdd with your new system. had to do this when ever one of my 360's would rrod. after microsoft sent me my new systems i had to transfer the drm to the new system. check on xbox.com, the info you need should be in support

I think I have it figured out.

Had to format hard drive which you know wipes everything clean.

I have reinstalled POL now again for like the 8th time i'm hoping this works this time.

After having to format the hard drive wiped everything clean from the hard drive, I have to reinstall FFXI.

Which means that I have about 12 hours worth of updates coming my way atleast.

Does anyone have a cure for this yet..I have tried to uninstall/reinstall a few times but nothing is working for me.
