Parry Skill Up Rates

Has anyone else noticed a rather impressive increase to the chance of parrying skill ups since this last update? I went from getting a 0.1 once per real life day to multiple 0.2-0.3's in one day, fighting roughly the same level mobs, etc.

It'd be nice if SE buffed proc rate for skills on this notoriously difficult to cap ability (especially with the new caps), but it seems unlikely to me that they'd ninja patch it just to be nice.

I havnt noticed any perticular increace... if anything i almost think its gone down as ive been fighting alot of stuff that should be helping me to skill it.

I've been asking people i know about this as well. I definitely have noticed a lot more frequent parry skill ups.

Ive gone from around 215-230ish in meripo / 75+ exp pt's since the update, and thats on WAR just being first voke.

I may be just eyeballing it, since ive been exping a little bit more than normal lately, but it does seem like they've adjusted the skill up rate.

I feel they've gone up. I even got a .5 parry skill up today.

I heard someone swearing going nuts on skill ups over 200, i myself dont see any increase in rates, got a couple of .5 lately, around 4 points total after update, nothing special.

I think it's safe to say I have. I went from 179 to 182 in one ToM trial last night; very pleased with that.

Actually I have but I thought it was just coincidence. Maybe they have increased the frequency of skillups. That would be nice cause parrying sucks to skill since you cannot control how often or when it procs.
