Noob question forum people: I didn't get my Anni ring this year, and the moogle by bastok isnt giving it to me....any reason why...?
is the old one still in your possesion?

Nope you're able to get it again if you missed it the first time. Just talk to an event moogle at a specific location. The one in Bastok is at J-13. I did it last year for my brother and the moogle gladly handed it over even though I missed the actual set date.
Not sure where they are exactly but sometimes there's more than one Moogle put up during the event time.. maybe there's a different one?

I'm pretty sure that was part of the Character Reactivation Campaign they did last year. So maybe you have to wait a few months like that or maybe they will not do it this year.
Talking to the Festival Moogle in a Port should get the ring.
