I thought about that, but didn't have any luck with YouTube. I have most of the FF(XI) music but for some reason can't find this song.
What does the music sound like? I don't remember what's playing, but if you can give me a general description, I think I could help.
You could probably just download AltanaView and scroll through the CoP music. That's if you play on PC though.

You could try PM'ing Weewoo, he's got a tooooon of FF music

Okay, the mission is called Sheltering Doubt. Gonna use my tavnaz ring and see if the bard can replay that cutscene and i'll figure it out for ya and even send the song your way if you're interested.
Alrighty, found it. The name of the track is Grav'iton. You can listen to it in game at will if you have the vana'tunes plugin on windower (.vanatunes play 243), otherwise PM me and i'll happily give you a copy of the song in ogg or aac format.
