Okay so, I am finally quitting this game. I play on the 360 so I don't know how this works. Basically I wanna give my account to an old friend I know and just like get rid of it sooooooo....If anyone remembers Mozart from fenrir, Maximillion from siren or Buttermilk from remora, get at me.

Meh, it's the same old ***with this update, just more waste of time. Reason I'm quitting is cause of a girl, lol, and continuing with college so yeah, FFXI sort of like took over all of that.

I also quit a while back (for the third time? always came back after 2-3 months but this time it >>might<< be different lol) and just recently started to sell all my stuff and already noticed a big price drop before the update, and now that its a fact that there's a lot of better gear around the prices of the "old" items will surely drop even more.

Well Max you are correct this game takes a lot of time to do anything big. But if you keep your account you can play when you feel like it. My friend Ali has quit twice and is now back. Had to help her get started just like she helped me when I first started playing. She is married with a young child. The difference now is she plays when she can. If you quit and decide to come back there can be a ton of things you have to do over again. But if you keep your account you can play whenever it is convenient for you.

Good point, I've quit several times before but I always came back. But this time is sort of different, I'm even selling my console to get some money so we can go for a trip to Switzerland. I'm just sort of exhausted with MMOs in general. I know people usually sell accounts for shitload of moniez but I couldn't be bothered with that. I just wanna like pass over my account to someone I remember who helped me out etc, or had a good time with to put the character to some use/have fun etc.
