Highest I saw was 78 on Gilgamesh, but then I didn't check everyone or do a /sea all so there may be some 80s already.

We got 8 78's on Valefor, but that's as high as we got. Don't think any of them are AFB's either, only 1 of them ISN'T at a traditional camp (mostly Bhaf. Thickets).

I smacked a goblin in Terrigan on my alt just to level up, then logged out cos I need to go back to bed. It is 8.20am here and i've been up for over 4 hours after about 3 hours sleep.

Try Vultures in Misareaux Coast. Damnation Dive is annoying as ***, but they die at near lolibri speed and respawn pretty quickly.

***every camp was full... We had to go exploring and found some Blazedrake in Riverne B01 IT++. Those things para a lot and have this sick move that does up to 1k damage. Also found lots of flies at Riverne A01.
