Ultima Chips

don't post on here much but i wanted some confirmation if it is possible to get chips for ultima from the boxes inside his BC area. i always assumed yes to counter omega's gunpods but i've never seen it personally can someone confirm if its true or not

To be honest, no idea.
We never usually spend time on the boxes, just concentrate on Ultima.
Have you checked Wiki?

it doesn't mention chips from boxes, just said items but i was hoping for someone who opened them before to give an answer for me

I would guess to say no then.
Just took a look at wiki myself and as you mentioned it says "Items of spawn a monster"
and they give a list of items below (no chips on the list)

Sorry im not being that much help.
But I would say its a safe assumption to say the don't...
considering the list of items on Omega's page have chips listed
