NPC - Mixed Signals

Hi! I am currently trying to get my NPC past the next level break quest but I cannot for whatever reason.

My NPC is currently lvl 60.

I seem to have broken this or something, as every time I talk to Ratoto she only talks about Linkshells etc. And I cannot seem to get anything else from her.

Only thing I can think of is is your Bond level high enough? What's the latest Bond quest you finished?

Only thing I can think of:

Quest already active? Try doing the next part in the quest.
Got the pearl in your inventory?
Make sure it's signal and not tactics (I'm just speculating that last one).

I just did Blessed Radiance. And as that chart indicates I need at least 5 more points perhaps?

I'm terrible when it comes to quests haha.

It is not active.

And yes it was in my inventory as well.

Well, if you just did Blessed Radiance, should be 10 pts I think since the previous cap is 70 and the requirement is 80. So 5 days worth of NPC+visiting the point.
