Its google's public DNS server. Its a very good work around and they have put in a ticket on this issue

This just worked for me.

Did that and still the same problem but also getting a "1160" error and not a 0019.

same deal here and the guys from time warner is a personal friend and he cant get on playonline at all and he is calling SE for me so i hope it helps

My friend @ time warner said its a regional DNS problem
with SE DNS servers and that they said they are trying to get it fixed

i tried the DNS info swap but it still connects to SE servers and dies once there

so we just have to wait is the bottom line
awesome reason to go outside and look at the girls in the park
