So Blau is supposed to have hidden effect under latent of Acc +5 Atk+16. This is true except when I use berserk. For some reason when Berserk is up it gives me +20 attack. Any ideas?

Berserk = 25% increase.
Blau = +16 att
blau +25% increase = 20 att

Equiping blau with zerk up = 20 att

The percentage of 'zerk is added to all attack from equipment, even hidden effects.
