If you're not going to help, don't respond. That's not what it means at all.
I tried to sign in on Playstation Store for PC and it told me that the account was suspended. This is strange because I've only played online a couple times, for Rock Band. The rest of the time I've been downloading songs for RB and GH3. Seems strange that they would suspend a paying customer, but maybe that's Sony for ya!
I called Sony and they can't help. Told me I have to send an e-mail instead, which is strange. Anyway, e-mail sent, I guess I'll be able to buy stuff again in 2 business days when they get back to me.
Should I just create another PSN account and have them delete this one once it gets activated? What about the stuff I've already paid for/downloaded?
Up to this point, I've been pretty happy with the PS3 and the store. Everything worked great.
