Note: This topic is to stand against playonline's rules that prevents players to talk back, swear, or even make fun of. Every online game has world wide connection with one another that comes accross with players, in nature, get into a feud which is part of the game frustration experiance.
There has been some controversy with the advertisement "Rated T for Teens" on the logo of this game, with the corresponding code 4. in relations to "harassment". Now, when I mean "harassment" I mean stuff like following the player from zone to zone, swearing, and etc etc. You all know this.
What I don't get is when on Sunday morning a GM victumized me of "harassing" players saying I cannot make fun of players that was "flagged" as harassment... Since when was this stupid rule came out? This was noted by SGM (Senior Game Master) Pitschti. The violation of the words that were "flagged" are the following: RMT, Douche "rags", & dolts. He/she said this was against the violation flagged for harassment and that the playonline rules were updated.
Since when...? I didn't see no updates of anykind. The GM had the nerve to pull me out of a mission I was helping (see famousplatinum in game), thus was left alone.
I'll keep this brief. A group of unknown players appeared on Fenrir by the name of Liquidswords (Na & a few Jp players) that dominates the activty of Ballista in Diorama and the three public zones of Derfland, Norvien, and the mountain one. Who are they and why should you care? Well, this is where you pull out your pop corn. . .
Liquidswords are group of ballista members that are a mix of transfers from siren server to asura server. Of those people, you can find many information about them on ffxiah.com as some kept their name or prefer people to find them by memory. They are the same people with the same jobs and the same gear. The group are well known to cheat with mysterious affects of doing more dmgs than the other, dmg reduction, petra count, and even countless titles (Gold cheverons checked in ballista) of many that they feel is not enough to soak their glory of their "e-peen" behavior.
If someone can gladly tell me how to upload a 45minute video on how these players cheat, would greatly appreciate it.(I wont go too much into this about what they do so I will make a link post to keep everything seperated and avoid long text read. A video will be posted soon as I'm trying to convert it to divide a 45minute video)
For more information, refer players Lilrmm, Shinumbra, or Famousplatinum. They know these "group" that are manipulating the game system, or ask veteran PVP player veggetto.
Sunday, 12-20-09, 4:30 am Est. Location: Meriphataud Mountains Lv 60 cap ballista. Players joined: 18. Number of Liquidswords members: 6.
I had one Liquidsword member on my team by the name of Jspromlx not in my pt but in my Alliance. At "in game time" it was 6:06 of the first round and I did pretty well with killing my nemisses Ryolen 4 times on his loldrk/nin against my heavily geared evasion thf/nin with 13 petras scored. Jspromlx (Liquidsword member) casted retrace on me while in my game play. No one from that pt (Jps mostly) didn't leave or question why he did that other than player Yam.
I disbanded and broke alliance. Questioned and starting insulting him to spew him out the truth of his reasons. The reply was "we're doing without you anyways, so I'm glad I retraced you, lol". GM was called and even a supervisor GM was requested. Ironicly enough, the GM didn't flag the "non-violation" regardless if retrace was requested or not because this is in Ballista game play.
Went afk and did not play with any of them. Game ended and was back in A. White gate. I started the shout on what Jspro did and stated how Liquidswords are complete pricks. The argument then spewed into a shout war and after 50 minutes, I was pulled in by GM.
Now, there's a lesson to be learned here but here's the thing... When I shout and do events, these players bother me on shout. However, when I shout and mock them back, somehow I'm breaking a rule that is non-existant.
It just goes to show you that GMs plays a double standard that has a complexity to manipulate the terms of service that they "feel" is a violation when it is not. Millions of players makes fun of each other, so I don't see the problem with how it was flagged as being a "harassment" when it wasn't. Either everyone can make fun of everyone or no one can't.
For fun, refer to this logic to your liking:

And finially, I will be closing my account on Monday making my finale announcement in A. White gate notifying everyone it will be my last. However, I will not go out without a big bang to get back at Liquidswords members.
My account will either go to the administraitor of ffxi-clopedia or one of the Ls leaders from Blueprint (fenrir) that will use it by any means they wish.
I am fed up with playonline's rules and maniuplation talking like a bunch of anarcy morons using terms that cheats the player's knowledge knowing what is right and what is wrong.
