I fill out everything correctly and it says I need to fill in my shipping address (even though I checked "Same as Billing"). After I fill out the shipping address (filling in the exact same info) it says I need to put in my address still.

If you check your order status online, it should tell you if it has shipped or not. Its going via UPS I believe so it should give you a tracking number too once its been shipped.
