Email Delivery Problems

Our website has been unable to send emails to specific mail servers since our latest server upgrade. People having a @hotmail.com @msn.com @microsoft.com or @live.com email address may experience this problem. I have notified Microsoft about this and they have addressed it. They said it will take a 2-3 days for the changes to propagate to all applicable servers. I have opened a hotmail account and will be closely monitoring it to make sure it gets done. Sorry for any inconveniences! I know many are affected just by the volume of emails I have received. I will write a blog post shortly.

We seem to have inherited an IP address that has a bad reputation with Mircosoft's spam filters. We are in contact with Microsoft to rectify the problem.

This should be resolved.
